Our client, an industry leader, is seeking an accounting lead to join their growing, dedicated, and professional accounting team. Candidates who’ve excelled in either corporate accounting or public accounting are ideal for this role.

Responsibilities:

Preparation, review and analysis of financial statement items for various entities, including conferring with external auditors.
Assist with research and documentation of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and its applicability
Mentoring and developing staff and senior level associates. Reviewing the work of a small team of 3-5.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, advanced education preferred.
Valid CPA preferred and must be CPA eligible.
Minimum of 4 - 5 years’ experience in large corporate accounting, or public (preferably Big 4) experience.
Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to interact with senior management
Experience with consolidation accounting and other technical accounting issues.

Accounting Lead
