At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world-class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity to add a Manufacturing Engineer. This role will help continue SuperATVs growth and impact in the off-roading industry.

Job Duties

manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
Sigmanest and become proficient in nesting and reducing scrap on sheeted goods
production and machine requirements
and test effective automated and manual systems
and install equipment
and manage manufacturing workflows and resources
disparate systems (e.g. equipment handling, transport)
facility layouts, production lines, machine operations and network performance. Design work cell tables and fixtures as needed. Drive those projects through our Kaizen shop
issues and delays in production
ways to reduce costs and maximize quality
staff in new and existing processes
with other engineers, contractors, and suppliers
that manufacturing procedures follow safety and environmental regulations.
in process optimization activities post-pilot and validate those improvements during the production run for the product.

Qualified candidates will have real-world experience with facility layout, process improvements, metal fabrication, machining, welding, and shop floor experience. To be successful, you must be able to multitask, prioritize, self-manage time efficiently, problem solve and be a self-starter.
